                               RESOLUTION NO. 19021
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF TUXEDO AVENUE MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN ON FRIDAY,
                   JUNE 14, 1991 FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE
                   FRIDAY NIGHT LAFF UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF
                   THE HAMILTON COUNTY ALLIANCE FOR A DRUG FREE
                   TENNESSEE.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of Tuxedo Avenue between Brainerd Road and 
Manor
       Road on Friday, June 14, 1991 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for 
the
       presentation of The Friday Night Laff under the sponsorship of 
the
       Hamilton County Alliance for A Drug Free Tennessee provided that
       the sponsor shall set out and pick up all flasher barricades and
       traffic signs in accordance with the traffic control plan 
attached
       hereto and shall provide at all times an access lane for 
emergency
       vehicles.
